There have been about 15 movies filmed in Boston since I moved here and I haven't once run into a celebrity. I mean, Kate Hudson and Dane Cook filmed in my neighborhood for 2 months and even shopped in our store and I didn't see boo.
But today I happened to be in the right place at the right time. I was walking in Beacon Hill and was stopped on the sidewalk by some very big security guys holding umbrellas. Next thing I know Ryan Reynolds is walking out of the Fox News station. We made eye contact and it was magical. He even gave a shout out to one of my favorite shows, Two Guys & a Girl. I hadn't actually heard of this movie he was promoting, but I'm definitely planning on seeing it now.
