I definitely got my fill of Mexican food while I was in Texas. Well...who am I kidding? You can never have too much Mexican food! But this might explain why I haven't found a good Mexican food restaurant in Boston...

So they really need visual instructions in Boston on how to fold a tortilla? I guess when you think about it there are several ways one can fold a tortilla. Your basic in half, one end tucked, both ends tucked...rolled...it can be confusing without instructions.
It is a travesty.
That is sad, just sad. Move back ASAP!!
