Dirk, don't read this

...but I've been cheering for the Celtics. Not when they were playing the Mavericks, of course. And I'm not a bandwagon fan claiming to have stuck by them for 22 years. But last night's game was amazing.

You couldn't help but cheer for the Celtics. Or at least against the Lakers. The Celtics deserved to win and especially the second Big Three.

Awesome.

Awesome.

And awesome.

As much as the Patriots fans got on my nerves I was fine with the Celtics fans. And yes, I know they're the same people. But there's something different about fans still cheering for a team when they've come off a 24 win season than cheering for--no wait, expecting--a perfect season. I'm going to try and sneak out for the victory parade tomorrow and I'll try to keep reminding myself that I'm not really a Celtics fan...

It's okay, I was cheering for them, too. Now, those Celtics fans...do you remember when we were at the game? Their awesome "How 'bout them Cowboys?". Not too bright.

I was at the club in the Ballpark and everyone there started clapping when the Celtics won. It was awesome. Now who's taking bets on how soon Kobe asks to be traded?
