While I'm waiting on pictures to post about this past weekend (my friends Brooke and Caleb came to visit this weekend and Brooke ran the BOSTON MARATHON!) I thought I would blog about a documentary I recently saw--Young @ Heart.
It's a documentary about a chorus of senior citizens. It follows them through rehearsals, performances and even music videos. I'm sure you're thinking at this point that my taste in movies is completely awful. But I wouldn't steer you wrong...you should definitely go see this one! If it's not in a theater near you then wait and rent it on Netflix. It's such an uplifting, bittersweet movie and you really get caught up in it. A note of warning though: I cried throughout the movie and I'm the same girl that was dubbed a "heart of steel" after sitting through Titanic three times and not crying.

I only cried in Titanic when she threw the stone in the ocean.
I would cry if someone made me watch Titanic three times.

Yeah, funny that I saw Titanic three times in the theater and have not had any desire to watch it since then.
