I just saw Across the Universe last night and I hate to make bold statements, but it was one of the best movies I've seen in years. I knew I would enjoy it because all of the music is from The Beatles. But it so cleverly written and just a beautiful movie. Of course, the movie gets a little strange, but it is after all based on The Beatles music. Even Bono sings The Beatles. Go see it and let me know what you think.
And it doesn't hurt that Jude is really, really good looking.

I can't wait to see it! Oprah even did a show on it! I bought the soundtrack yesterday...We were supposed to watch it together but you went and moved to Boston! URGH! haha miss you
I heard Oprah talking about that movie on Friday...she LOVED it too! Are you and Oprah BFFs? It looked really good - can't wait to go see it. I guess that means I should start planning my movie snacks!
I don't know...it sure looks whacked out! But it obviously deserves some interest! I didn't know it was out, yet...maybe the East Coast elite are able to view it before us Texans!
